What I hope to accomplish in college is, well, to pass I guess. Survive to graduation. I'm going to be a police/swat officer, not have a "sit behind a desk" job. I'm to hyper for that. I'm going to college for three people. Me, myself, and I. I'm not going for family reasons, I'm going because that's what stands between me and my goal. I know I don't know everything I need to, which is why I wouldn't mind going. The characteristics of the college I want to go to is, I want to be taught something that I will actually need later on in life, not the Pythagorean theorem, or where where the sentence ends, or what happened in 1852. (sorry to anyone that this offends). The input I will seek would probably be my parents, or my own instinct. college will achieve my goals by (hopefully) teaching me something I might actually need to know.

That stuff that seems worthless is really needed! People worked hard to discover those facts of life and experience those hardships. If we don't take time to learn and appreciate them, its like they never happened! But I see where your coming from (:
