What stresses me out, well, a lot of things do. No control, waiting, stacks of work, etc. But I can go on in cycles. their are times where I'm just stressed without a real reason. That could be related to me keeping things inside. How I deal with it, sometimes, I just don't, and other times well... things can get a little, uh, explosive. Now isn't one of those times.
7 - 13: You've got your life in fairly good control. (sometimes) Work on the choices and habits that could still be causing you some unnecessary stress in your life.
Not dealing with problems is not good! The same goes for being explosive but I guess being explosive alone is okay . Just as long as it doesn't affect others.
ReplyDeleteYou have to have an outlet to your stress to keep a healthy and clear mind. One thing that really helps to release my stress is talking to a friend or a open ear just so I can get things off my mind and chest.
